story YAY

CRUNCH Caiman returned to the Graveyard when he heard the noise it sounded as if someone was eating he couldn’t imagine what, though it sounded like someone was eating bark from a tree but that was unlikely. He, himself couldn’t bring himself to eat in the graveyard he always imagined the dead getting up to share a bite this was stupid of course but still. He couldn’t help it he was always worried when it came to being around the dead he only walked through the Graveyard because it saved him half an hour to get home. He turned to corner a Grave was open and the Crunching sound was coming from it. Every part of his body screamed for him to Leave but his brain couldn’t think still stuck on his last thought what he was having for lunch now it was beginning to seem likely he would become someone’s... no something’s lunch. The Thing in the Grave was becoming aware of his presence he was breathing heavily body shacking violently. An arm came from the grave it was thin arm flesh and muscle hung from it at end of the arm was a hand but its fingers had been sharpened to Claws blood dripped from the clawed arms. The other arm emerged next Caiman screamed for his legs to move but they could not some force held them firm the creature slowly began to pull itself from the grave it’s horrific figure becoming more visible. it’s head was Terrifying to behold its Jaw was askew it contained sharpened teeth but these were tiny in comparison to the four Huge fangs as large as a fully grown mans forearm dripping ancient cold blood and Rotting Green flesh from its last meal. It’s tongue was long and Drenched in green slime possibly part of his last meal it was wrapped around a human head it was part decayed Flesh hanging from its skull rotten muscle could be seen through its skin coating as the smell drifted towards him it became clear this was real the Hunched Creature before him it’s eyes glowed a sickly yellow a twisted smile light up its horrific face its tongue slithered back into its mouth carrying the Head with it. The Head was still visible between the Creatures Teeth. Slowly the creature began to bite down its Teeth sinking though the skull with a crack the skull Split open revealing the Pinkie mushy brain within it had began to drip from the skull the Smile Grew on its face it began to chew faster slowly Approaching Caiman it’s walk sped up it was Barely three feet away the Smell Grew in his nostrils he was going to die here in this graveyard eaten by this thing his parents would never know They might think he’d run off they’d feel guilty for not treating him better. No He couldn’t do that to them he wasn’t going to put them through that his legs found new strength. He turned and ran legs pumping furiously to escape that thing that now hunted him. He skidded Round a corner Catching a Glimpse of The Creature Running on all fours like a Beast on the hunt, it Smile was even Bigger and more Deranged it’s mouth now Slavering Savouring the meal to come. But it would not Caiman was going to make sure of that. He was quickly growing tired and the Creature had twice been close enough to Grab him it was toying with him playing a game before eating it’s meal it was hopeless he turned the last corner to exit the Graveyard he turned to see behind The Creature was still on his tail. It was then that Caiman hit a wall the wall being a Towering Figure the man looked down at him a smile went across his face he was about to say something when he saw the Creature Charge at him the man’s look of fear and surprise would be cemented on his face for eternity for when the Creature leapt at the man his teeth sank through his shoulder ripping the arm from his body. Blood, Gore and strands of muscle were flung around the graveyard. This was Caiman’s opportunity that thing was distracted he could escape. He turned and ran heading back to where he had first seen that creature. But his freedom was not to be the Creature would not allow the Child to escape Biting into the spine using it as a handle the Creature Gave chase the Torso dangling behind the legs already digesting in the pit of that Things stomach. Kicking up earth the creature continued its chase corpse dangling limp its spine caught in-between that Creatures Fangs. The creature was gaining on him he was now so close quick as lightning Caiman Turned the creature hadn’t expected this and was unable to turn in time skidding of into the darkness but it would not take long for him to return. Running with all the speed his body could muster to get away from that Creature. Out of the darkness came a shout directed at him “Hey kid come here quick there’s not much time hurry” that voice it was human Caiman headed to it a man stood tall above him “Quick get inside you’ll be safe from it in here” Caiman pelted inside followed by the man. Inside he realised he had entered a crypt there were other people all standing around the stone coffin all standing in the shadows outside the glow of the candles which stood atop the coffin. The figures began to slowly step towards him getting slowly closer Caiman began to feel crowded then he saw their faces and felt only dread they were not human he was going to die it was that simple. Suddenly the door burst open as the half chewed on corpse of the giant man was flung at it and now rested at the foot of the stairs. The face contorted in agony the creature stepped slowly down the stairs as if hoping to keep the stench of fear in the air that little bit longer. The sickly grin spread even wider its face seeming only the more terrifying the creature stood stone still waiting to see what we would do. The creatures with human body but with a disfigured grey head with small Green sharp teeth began to look to one another believing their numbers would prevail the all ran at the thing Screaming and laughing. The first to come before the creature was ripped in two the second had both his arms splintered at the elbows allowing him to walk away screaming for the loss of his fore arm. All soon followed suit blood guts bone fragments and bodies were flung about the carnage was over that giant malformation stood victorious the blood of those slain dripping from his sharp fangs and piercing claws. the creature edged closer there was nowhere to run Caiman was up against the opposing wall the stench of rotting flesh grew stronger the creature lifted its head barely a centimetre away “Help me carry this to my crypt and I might not eat you” the creature turned lifted the tattered limbs of those he had slain and walked slowly out into the night.
